1) Daily Menu Availability - The available meals for each day are stated on our menu. We offer a variety of dishes from West Africa, Europe, America, Asia, and beyond.
2) Delivery Services - Delivery is conducted by our delivery partners, and a fee is charged based on the distance. Delivery times are subject to the availability of our delivery partners, but we strive to make every delivery a priority.
3) Order Processing Timeframe - We aim to stick to our processing timeframe of 30-45 minutes and ensure that orders are set out for delivery promptly. Delivery will only begin once the order is prepared.
4) Estimated Delivery Time - Our delivery partners will provide an estimated time of arrival for your order. Please ensure that you are available to receive your order at the specified time. If customers are unavailable or do not meet the delivery timeframe, orders will be returned to the kitchen or discarded after 90 minutes with no refund.
5) Bulk Orders and Reservations - All items on our menu can be preordered in bulk, and reservations can be made via our website or through our email at reservation@abikeskitchen.co.uk.
6) Liability for Undelivered Orders - We are not liable for undelivered orders if the customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the delivery from our partners.
7) Liability for Uncollected Orders - We are not liable for orders that have been placed for collection and are not picked up before the restaurant closes. All orders will be discarded and trashed if they aren’t picked up 90 minutes after packaging or at the closure of the restaurant, whichever is earlier.
8) Order Placement and Payment - Orders can be placed through various platforms, including our website, mobile app, phone call, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo, and Google Maps. Payment confirms and validates all orders.
9) Food Allergies - Customers with food allergies should be aware that our food may contain common allergens. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any allergies.
10) Refund Policy - We do not give refunds for already processed orders that have been prepared based on the menu descriptions.
11) Outdoor Catering Services - All customers for outdoor catering must sign a service agreement which must include all the terms that have been agreed on before we render our services.
